One - 60-75 minute individual session. COST $150 Have you ever had a sore neck or headache because you’re feeling stressed? That’s just one of the most recognizable ways that our emotions express themselves in physical symptoms. This session will be crafted specifically for you. Identify how the symptoms of imbalance and sickness that you are experiencing may be triggered or exasperated by emotional energy that is trapped in your body. Untethering your body energetically from that emotional baggage can facilitate healing and unlock your body to heal from sickness. You may have tried many different healing modalities and treatments, but you’re just not getting the results you long for. Emotions buried alive will make your physical body sick in the long run and in the short run they will deplete your energy and affect you unconsciously. They may affect your mood, cause you to be anxious or to be unnecessarily irritable. They may affect your sleep or cause you to self-sabotage, derailing you from the success and happiness you are seeking. In this session we’ll identify some of those emotions that may be keeping you stuck and sick. Using Spirit’s guidance and your body’s own energy process, we’ll remove them and then replace them with emotions and beliefs that empower you towards health and freedom.
